We made this dream come true – with Front Office – a custom-developed integrated front end banking system.
Our major analytical priority was finding the optimal configuration of the application workspace. Workspace elements were thoroughly arranged to ensure immediate payoff from using the system.
We used contrast colours to focus users' attention on the most popular operations.
Service icons were carefully selected to simplify system navigation. Tiled display of information ensures more intuitive and user-friendly interaction with the system and reduces the time needed to train users to use the platform.
