This points management system enables the bank’s marketing team to run member benefits programmes. It ensures that retail clients have access to the information about reward points earned and ways to redeem them.

To develop a well-structured system with rich functionality we carried out a profound business analysis.

UI Design

We designed a responsive user interface for the public area while maintaining the corporate identity of the bank. Our main objective was to create a simple design, so we emphasised the main functional elements and thus made the system easy to work with.

 

Details

The usability of an interface depends on how users interact with the components and widgets as they complete required tasks.

All pop-up forms share a common style and layout and evoke familiar associations.

Users can filter the information displayed by specifying different criteria.

Loyalty programme partners’ blocks contain relevant information about partners’ deals, while animation effects make interaction more dynamic and appealing.
