The console interface for “Ulmart”

For a large Russian retail company “Ulmart” we had to develop a user-friendly interface for kiosks which give receipts for pre-booked goods.

01.Wireframes & Concept

Before developing wireframes we had to analyse deeply the company’s audience and consumers’ behavior as well as technological opportunities for implementation. It helped us to create interactive wireframes simulating the working process between real clients and kiosks. While testing we could get the complete information about users’ issues and solve them.

02. Web & UI Design

We were faced with the challenge to create an interface which would simplify the process of getting a receipt. We solved it due to users’ scripts tracking and current branding style peculiarities.

03. Details

Developing the design, we tried to create big and simple control elements which even inexperienced users could understand. As a result, we created detailed graphics for each screen.
